Haley Newton
Fitness Coach
Haley is a fitness coach, mom of five including three wonderful stepchildren, and lifelong animal lover who shares her home with more than twenty animals and a few too many horses. Originally from a small town, she earned her degree in Athletic Training from Plymouth State University and completed more than 1,200 clinical hours working with sports teams, gaining hands-on experience in preventing, treating, and rehabilitating athletic injuries.
After moving to Colorado in 2016, Haley trained the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders as a personal trainer and later worked as an Exercise Specialist at Atlas Physical Therapy. Around the same time, she immersed herself in competitive bodybuilding, earning multiple top five finishes in NPC shows over five years. She also endured and overcame domestic abuse, an experience that strengthened her resilience and gave her a deeper purpose. She now channels that part of her story into helping others realize they can overcome hardship by reclaiming their lives through fitness, health, and wellness.
Haley’s coaching emphasizes functionality, core strength, and sustainability because she believes true fitness is not just about appearance but about how you move and feel every day. That belief inspired her to launch Newton Fitness, a coaching platform designed for people with full lives who still want to show up for themselves.
Through Newton Fitness, Haley developed the Newton’s Law Core Program and authored Newton’s Law of Protein, which teaches readers how to fuel their bodies properly and move away from the restrictive diet mentality. Her mission is to make fitness approachable, realistic, and effective, whether someone is taking their first steps toward healthier habits or training at an elite level.
For Haley, fitness is not about living in the gym. It is about making every rep, every step, and every choice count, while finding balance in the middle of real life.
