Haley Newton

At the heart of Newton Fitness is Haley Newton, a mom of five, former competitive bodybuilder, and passionate advocate for sustainable wellness. She created the platform to bring the benefits of one-on-one coaching to more people through an innovative mobile app and scientifically designed workout programs.

With a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and over 1,200 clinical hours in injury prevention, performance, and rehabilitation, Haley blends deep expertise with real-life experience. Her scalable, results-driven approach is built for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, focusing on functionality, education, and long-term success. No quick fixes, no crash diets—just sustainable strategies to help you make every move count and build a lifestyle that truly lasts.

The Newton’s Law Core Program

Every plan includes the Newton’s Law Core Program, our six-phase, science-driven training system delivering a full year of progressive programming designed to scale with you. Each 8-week phase builds intentionally from foundational movement to advanced strength, performance, and durability — creating measurable, long-term results.

Inside the Newton Fitness app, you can seamlessly follow each workout, track your progress, and stay organized every step of the way. After completing all six phases, you can cycle back through the system as it’s refined and updated annually — or elevate your training with expanded programming and deeper support through the Guided and Coaching plans, including full access to our on-demand library.

1. INERTIA

Break the resistance to move. This phase jumpstarts your journey by activating key muscle groups, restoring mobility, and establishing strong, functional movement patterns.

2. ACCELERATION

Build controlled momentum. With increased tempo, progressive loading, and more complex movement, this phase helps you train smarter and move with purpose.

3. ACTION–REACTION

Train with balance and precision. Focus on push–pull coordination, opposing muscle groups, and heavier loads—while learning to control effort and recovery.

4. MOMENTUM

Keep the progress going. This strength-building phase uses time under tension and focused volume to help you move with power, control, and consistency.

5. GRAVITY

Embrace resistance. Improve posture, core control, and neuromuscular coordination as you train against heavier loads and the forces pulling you down.

6. ENERGY

Master sustainability. This final phase blends endurance, smart intensity, and recovery to help you train efficiently and maintain long-term results.
