Even better? Three grilled tenderloins consistently weigh around 145 grams. So after prepping them a few times, we don’t even have to measure anymore. We just log them in MyFitnessPal and move on. It’s a little hack that saves time and mental energy.
Ninja Blender: Smoothies Without the Guesswork
We rarely leave the house without our morning smoothie. It’s our ritual, our routine, and honestly—our sanity. The compact Ninja Blenders makes this a no-brainer.

Let’s be honest—reheating food in the microwave doesn’t always go as planned. Especially with proteins, it can make your food taste… off. You know that weird, rubbery texture or slightly funky aftertaste that wasn’t there when you cooked it fresh?
